Everett Kristian Salvesen, age 67, of Fawn Lake Forest, Hawley died Thursday, May 1, 2014 at home.
   Mr. Salvesen was born September 16, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Alf K. and Irene (Abramesen) Salvesen.
    He was an elevator mechanic.
   He is survived by his wife of 39 years: Barbara (Buehler) Salvesen, one daughter: Lisa Salvesen of Reading, PA and one son: Everett Salvesen, Jr of WV.
